Part numbers, model numbers, and manufacturer names (such as JCB, CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu, etc.) listed on this website are used strictly for reference and identification purposes only. Unless explicitly stated, the parts sold by Namma Spares are aftermarket replacements and are not manufactured by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

1. Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and compatibility lists are accurate. However, given the complexity of machinery variants:

  • Verification: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the part number matches their machine’s requirements before ordering.
  • Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual delivered part due to manufacturing updates.

2. Orders & Pricing

We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion.

  • Price Changes: Prices for products are subject to change without notice due to raw material costs or import duties.
  • Order Cancellation: We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, priced incorrectly due to a technical error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any illegal purpose or unauthorized commercial use.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, user accounts, or database.
  • Scrape or copy content, product lists, or pricing data without written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Namma Spares (and its parent company YantraLive) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue due to machine downtime.
  • Labor costs incurred for the installation or removal of defective parts.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse of the spare parts.

Our maximum liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product sold.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
