Return & Refund Policy

At Namma Spares, we understand that in the construction industry, getting the right part is critical. We strive to provide detailed specifications to help you choose correctly. However, we acknowledge that returns are sometimes necessary.

1. Return Window

You may initiate a return request within 10 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the spare part must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused Condition: The item must be brand new, unused, and free from any grease, oil, or installation marks. Parts that have been bolted on or run in a machine cannot be returned.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all labels, seals, and protective covers intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of industrial machinery, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical parts (Solenoids, Sensors, ECUs, Wiring Harnesses) once the seal is broken.
  • Seal Kits and O-Rings (if the packet is opened).
  • Special Order items imported specifically for your machine.
  • Lubricants and Fluids with broken seals.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@namma-spares.com or WhatsApp our support line with your Order ID and photos of the part.
  2. Approval: Our technical team will review the request. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Shipping: Ship the product back to our warehouse. (Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong part sent).
  4. Inspection: Upon arrival, our team will inspect the part for installation marks or damage.

4. Refunds & Restocking Fees

Once the inspection is successful, we will initiate the refund.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Bank Transfer/UPI/Card).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply for parts returned due to customer ordering errors (e.g., ordering the wrong model variant).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective part, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing videos/photos. We will replace the unit free of cost or provide a full refund including shipping charges.
